1. 1. Squeeze a small blob onto your palm of your wet hand , apply on your wet body in circular motions starting from neck to the feet using a little each time.
   2. Cleanse well before rinsing.
   3. We highly recommend two washes especially if it’s been a long day with exposure to harsh environment.
